CACI has will have an opening for an Electrical/Mechanical/Civil/Ocean Engineer to support engineering and planning efforts for Submarine Rescue and Mobility platforms at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (PNS) in Kittery, Maine.

**What Youll Get to Do:**

+ Develop, create and review Job Summaries and Task Group Instructions (TGIs)

+ Assist with other Deficiency Form problems and preparing Sales Costs estimates.

+ Support of 688 Class and 774 Class Submarine engineering and Deep Submergence projects

**Youll Bring These Qualifications:**

+ Electrical/Mechanical/Civil/Ocean engineering degree from an ABET Accredited College/University (other degree disciplines may be considered)

+ 10 years' experience with submarine and/or deep submergence systems

+ Knowledge of US Navy Shipyard applications including AIM

+ Professional engineering experience performing complex engineering calculations such as heat transfer, fluid flow, piping stress, mechanical stress etc.

+ Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and experience with MS Office suite of products.

+ Demonstrated ability to manage work in a time-sensitive operational environment.

+ Well-developed interpersonal skills

+ Attention to detail.

+ Ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret clearance.

**Nice to have:**

+ Related submarine / submersible experience with design, maintenance, operations, repair and/or testing

+ Electrical power background (NSTM 300)

+ Familiarity with Military Specifications, ANSI and ASME standards

+ Experience with configuration management and document control

+ Ability to achieve excellence working individually or as part of a team

Since this position can be worked in more than one location, the range shown is the national average for the position.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$48,300-$96,600
