Job Description
Russell Tobin is seeking a Manufacturing Technician for a well-known online food ordering and food delivery company.
Job Title: Manufacturing Technician
Location: Fremont, CA (on-site)
Job Type: Contract
Length: 3-Months (with potential for extension)
Hours: 40 hours/week
Pay Rate: $30 - $35 per hour
Responsibilities:
Assemble complex electro-mechanical products according to provided work instructions
Fastening parts utilizing a variety of tools and techniques
Executing basic test protocols
Help identify necessary updates to assembly procedures
Keep a clean and organized workplace
Inspect others' work for quality purposes
Support other tasks when needed (Logistics, Material, Prototype, etc.)
Reports safety issues to supervisor
Qualifications:
Attention to detail
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Prior experience in mechanical assembly
Understands how to handle static-sensitive electrical components
Strong understanding of basic hand and power tools
Understanding of standard PPE practices
Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
Ability to ascend and descend multiple-step ladders frequently
Automotive or autonomous vehicle assembly experience preferred
Professional soldering experience preferred
