Job Description

Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Management Trainee to join our team in the nonprofit sector. This entry-level position is designed to provide individuals with an immersive learning experience in nonprofit management, operations, and strategic planning. As a Management Trainee, you will rotate through key areas of the business, gaining valuable experience in leadership, team management, and nonprofit operations, with the potential to grow into a leadership role within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in a structured training program , gaining hands-on experience in all aspects of nonprofit management, including marketing, event coordination, fundraising, and client relations.
  • Support senior management in the planning and execution of nonprofit campaigns, events, and initiatives.
  • Assist in the development of strategies to enhance nonprofit clients’ outreach, engagement, and fundraising efforts.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth event logistics , client communication, and campaign implementation.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics related to events, fundraising campaigns, and community engagement.
  • Support team members in coordinating day-to-day operations, including scheduling, budget management, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify new business opportunities , partnerships, and areas for growth within nonprofit accounts.
  • Gain exposure to leadership development , including supervising and mentoring entry-level team members and interns.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to improve skills, develop leadership abilities, and discuss ongoing projects.

  • A 2-year or 4-year degree in business management, nonprofit management, marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
  • Previous experience in sales , marketing , or event coordination is a plus, but not necessary.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow.
  • Willingness to travel to different event locations as needed.
