As an Apartment Maintenance Technician, you are required to:

• Appear professional and willing to follow dress code and appearance standards according to the community
• Have reliable means of transportation
• Prove your ability to be prompt and on time every day
• Have basic mechanical aptitude
• Be able to solve problems and work with minimal supervision, when necessary
• Keep a high level of service in mind with every task
• Complete work in a timely, cost-effective, and accurate manner
• Respect the boundaries of confidentiality, fair housing laws and safety

Apartment Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities of a Maintenance Technician:

• Ensure all service requests, callbacks, and/or work orders are performed properly and promptly.
• Participates in diagnosing problems and repair in the areas of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drywall and appliances
• Maintenance Technicians must be able to turn vacant apartments

Maintenance Technician Requirements:

• Must have at least 6 month general maintenance experience
• Attendance is an essential job function
