Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Pineapple House Assisted Living Community, Sapphire Lake, Naples
Pineapple House, a premier Assisted Living Community, is seeking a dedicated and qualified Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. This position is essential in ensuring the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of our beautiful community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all maintenance operations within the community.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs.
- Coordinate and perform repairs and preventive maintenance on building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.
- Supervise and train maintenance staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and best practices.
- Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ordering as necessary.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and staff.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding facility maintenance.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a maintenance supervisory role, preferably in a residential or assisted living setting.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills for maintenance management software.
