We are seeking a reliable Mail Clerk to support a law firm in Uniondale. This role involves various office tasks, including mailroom duties and document management. Legal experience is preferred. This is a Temp to Hire opportunity. Job Title: Mail Clerk Location: Uniondale, NY Pay Range: $17.50 - $18.00 per hour Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM What’s the Job? Copying, printing, scanning, bookmarking, and labeling legal documents. Managing office tasks in the mailroom, including handling incoming/outgoing mail. Moving boxes and delivering paper and supplies to different floorsConverting and printing electronic documents, particularly in the KOFAX system. Assisting with heavy production copy tasks What’s Needed? 2+ years of experience as Mail Clerk. Previous experience in a law firm or legal environment, performing heavy production copy work. Strong understanding of electronic document conversion and printing, especially within the KOFAX platform. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as moving boxes and delivering materials. Experience with heavy production copying is a plus. What’s in it for me?
