Now Hiring: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Full-Time | Overnight | Worcester, MA
Our Long-Term Care client in Worcester, MA is actively seeking a compassionate and experienced
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their dedicated team. This full-time overnight position (32-40 hours/week, every other weekend) is ideal for an LPN who is passionate about providing exceptional care to seniors in a supportive, mission-driven environment.
About the Role: You'll play a vital part in delivering high-quality, person-centered care to our residents while working in a collaborative and respectful workplace. Your contributions will help further our mission to enhance lives through
compassion, innovation, and excellence .
Schedule - Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- Frequency: Full-time (32-40 hrs/week), every other weekend
Compensation & Benefits - Hourly Rate: $36-$39/hr + $2/hr shift differential for overnights

Requirements - Valid LPN license in Massachusetts
- Prior experience in long-term care or a similar clinical setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal and patient-care skills
