We areseeking a Locums OBGYN Hospitalist Physician to provide 24-hour onsite coverageat a busy women’s health facility in Dallas, Texas. This role includesfull-scope obstetric and gynecologic hospitalist services, includingconsultations, admissions, and procedures.

AssignmentDetails:

• Coverage: 24-hour onsite coverage of all OBGYN facility consultations and procedures
• Program: Project Sonoma OBHM coverage for Envoy staffing and open shifts
• Patient Volume: Approximately 62 patients
• EMR: eClinicalWorks (eCW)

Responsibilities:

• Provide 24-hour inpatient OBGYN hospitalist coverage
• Manage obstetric emergencies and perform deliveries (vaginal and C-section)
• Perform gynecologic surgeries and inpatient consults as needed
• Collaborate with nursing, anesthesia, and medical staff to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care
• Document patient encounters accurately in the EMR system (eCW)
• Support seamless transitions of care and adherence to facility protocols

Requirements:

• Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Active Texas medical license
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
• Prior hospitalist or labor & delivery experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and clinical decision-making skills
