WCS Healthcare is urgently seeking a Surgical Technologist for a state-of-the-art health care system in Syracuse, NY.

Job Function:

• Days/Evenings/Overnights -8s. \n
\n
• Position patient and adjust equipment to obtain images as requested by the physician.
\n
• Set up, operate, and maintain x-ray equipment according to policy and procedure.
\n
• Ability to explain procedures to patients.
\n
• Minimize radiation to patient and staff by practicing radiation protection techniques.
\n

Job Requirements:

\n

• 2 + years experience.
\n
• NYS license.
\n
• AART.
\n
• BLS Certification Required.
\n
