WCS Healthcare is urgently seeking a Sterile Processing Tech for a state of the art health care system in Manahawkin, NJ.

Job Function:

\n

• Mid Shift.
\n
• 5x8: 12pm - 8:30am.
\n

• Disassembles, cleans, sterilizes, reassembles, and packages sterile supplies according to specifications and manufacturer instructions.

  \n
\n

• Follows department protocols to apply the appropriate sterilization methods for various types of instrumentation.

  \n
\n

• Operates washers, ultrasonic machines, steam and ethylene oxide sterilizers, heat sealers, and related equipment used during sterilization procedures.

  \n
\n

• Adheres to instrument count sheets for surgical sets and case carts; ensures proper storage per sterile supply guidelines.

  \n
\n

\n

\n

Job Requirements:

\n

• High School Diploma or GED.

  \n
\n

• Certified Registered Central Sterile Technician (CRCST) or certification from the Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution (CBSPD).

  \n
\n

• 1 year of experience as a Sterile Processing Technician is required.

  \n
\n

\n
