Now hiring a Loan Processor

Abilene, TX

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8 AM-4:30 PM

Step into a Loan Processor role where you'll wrangle loan applications, analyze credit reports, and coordinate with underwriters.

What's Required to Succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Solid Excel skills and comfort with digital tools.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Consistent, reliable, and confidentiality-minded.
• 2-5 years of experience in lending and/or financial sales.
• Proven track record in sales, business development, and relationship management within a banking environment.
• Strong understanding of loan documentation, compliance regulations, and collateral requirements.

How You Keep Things Moving

• Develop new business by proactively identifying and cultivating loan and deposit opportunities through networking, referrals, and community involvement.
• Maintain and grow existing customer relationships, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and identifying cross-sell opportunities for other bank products.
• Evaluate loan applications and supporting documentation to confirm creditworthiness and compliance with bank policy.
• Monitor, collect, and manage loans in the assigned portfolio to ensure quality and performance.
• Ensure compliance with all lending policies and regulations
