Parkersburg Mancan is looking for a reliable and dependent Loan Manager. We have partnered with a great company in Parkersburg!

NORMAL WORK SCHEDULE
8a - 4:30p Monday Friday
Must be able to work different shifts if required. Pay is $17.00-$18.00/hr based on experience.
** MUST HAVE LENDING EXPERIENCE
**MUST BE ABLE TO PROCESS LOAN FROM START TO FINISH
**MUST BE ABLE TO READ CREDIT REPORT AND ASSESS RISKS

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Answering multi-line phone systems
2.Process loans
3.Have great communication skills both written and verbal
4.Fluent in Microsoft Excel and Word
5.Other duties as assigned.
6. Run/read credit reports
7. Data entry

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and organizational skills both written and verbal
Ability to multi task and be detailed oriented
Must be able to answer phones in a friendly demeanor
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word)
Minimum 1 year previous loan underwriting experience required
