Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and issues via live chat in a professional and timely manner
• Provide accurate information about products or services to customers
• Resolve customer concerns and troubleshoot issues to ensure satisfaction
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
• Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions
• Continuously improve service by staying updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer support

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in live chat support
• Strong written communication skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple chats simultaneously
• Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude
• Proficient with live chat platforms and basic computer skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism in a virtual environment

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $18.00 - $24.00/hour.
