Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Litigation Paralegal with experience in Personal Injury to support a senior attorney handling complex cases. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and summarize medical records and bills.
• Manage case files, track deadlines, and coordinate scheduling.
• Draft correspondence, demand letters, and legal documents.
• Open insurance claims and communicate with adjusters.
• Conduct legal research and gather evidence for investigations.
• Provide administrative and litigation support as needed.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, specifically in Personal Injury.
• Strong knowledge of legal terminology and basic litigation procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.
