The job involves serving as a Remote Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), providing psychotherapy and medication management while launching or expanding a private practice. Headway supports clinicians to streamline insurance processes, handle administrative tasks, and enhance their patient outreach. Clinicians enjoy a flexible schedule, seeing clients remotely or in-person, backed by marketing support and direct patient referrals.

Remote Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

Wage: Between $90-$127 an hour

And we do this completely free of charge to you! Headways is a flexible service, meaning your hours are yours to set, and it’s up to you whether you see your patients in-person or remotely via telehealth while working from home. We accept the following licenses on a state by state basis:

• LPCC
• LCPC
