Job Title: Licensed Insurance Sales Agent

Location: Remote

 

Compensation

  • Base Salary: 30-40k annually
  • Total Earning Potential: $80k-100k + annually
  • Top Producers: $150k-180k+ annually

 

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday
  • 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (CST, MST or PST)
  • No weekends

 

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Licensed Insurance Sales Agent to join this team. This fully remote role offers strong earning potential, monthly bonus opportunities, and ongoing professional development in a supportive, performance-driven environment.

 

Responsibilities

  • Handle outbound and inbound sales communications
  • Respond to inbound and outbound leads
  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and text
  • Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development

 

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years of insurance sales experience
  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license in your resident state
  • Ability to obtain non-resident licenses as needed
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly motivated with a strong drive for success and positive mindset
