Location:   Various locations across  Washington

The LCSW provides mental health support and counseling to individuals, families, and groups. This role emphasizes the importance of social work principles in improving clients' mental and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify clients’ needs and develop treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions.
• Advocate for clients' access to social services and resources.
• Document treatment progress and maintain confidentiality in records.
• Collaborate with other professionals in multidisciplinary teams.
  

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) and LCSW licensure.
• Previous experience in mental health or social services.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
