As a Leasing Agent , you will develop essential skills in sales, marketing, customer relations, and property operations —all while helping prospective residents find their perfect home . What You’ll Learn & Do  

1. Master the Art of Leasing

• Learn how to attract and retain residents through effective communication, strategic marketing, and personalized tours . 
• Gain expertise in negotiating lease agreements, handling applications, and ensuring compliance with fair housing laws . 
• Develop problem-solving skills by addressing resident concerns and creating positive move-in experiences . 

2.  Grow Your Marketing & Outreach Skills  

• Get hands-on experience in developing creative marketing strategies to generate leasing traffic . 
• Learn how to leverage online platforms, community events, and partnerships to promote properties. 
• Build relationships with local businesses and community to expand your network and grow occupancy . 

3.  Understand Property Operations & Compliance  

• Work directly with property managers to understand the operation of apartment management. 
• Gain knowledge of leasing regulations, fair housing laws, and risk management . 
• Learn how to handle lease renewals, resident records, and property management processes that are essential for property success. 

What We’re Looking For  

• Motivated, people-driven professionals eager to learn and grow in property management. 
• At least 2 years of experience in leasing (multifamily housing experience is a plus). 
• Strong communication, marketing, and relationship-building skills . 
• A resilient, solutions-focused attitude that thrives in fast-paced, challenging environments . 
• Knowledge of fair housing laws (or a willingness to learn quickly!). 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software .
