Our client in the retail industry is looking for an  SAP Lead Analyst  to join their team!



Location:  This role will be on-site 2-3 days per week in Nashville, TN
Open to candidates who are willing to relocate
Candidates must be local to the Nashville area.



Here's what you'll be doing:

• Analyzing business needs and partnering with developers to translate them into FICO configurations
  
• Working with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and lead design sessions
  
• Participating in testing and ensuring system aligns with business needs
  
• Identifying process improvement opportunities within FICO
  
• Note: This role is more of a functional analyst over a developer, but candidates need to have knowledge of FICO solutions
  

Here's what our ideal candidate has:

• 4-5 years of experience as an SAP Analyst or Business Analyst
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them to functional specifications through the entire project: end-to-end delivery
• In-depth knowledge of FICO configuration is essential
  
• Experience with FICO solutions such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Inventory Management (MM), Material Management interface to FI (MM/FI), Fixed Assets (FA), Project Systems, Investment Management (IM)
• Strong communication skills and experience working with cross functional teams (both internal and external) is required
• S/4 HANA experience a plus
  
• Consultant background from Big 5 firms (Accenture, Deloitte) is preferred
