Overview A large healthcare employer is hiring for a Kronos Support Analyst to provide Tier 2-3 support related to Kronos Workforce Management during the upgrade from iSeries to Workforce Management. This resource will work in ServiceNow to resolve tickets assigned in the queue. Setting up users is not automated yet, so it is a frequent incident item. The resource will also review app configurations, troubleshoot issues, and answer technical questions about the application. Responsibilities Provide Tier 2-3 support for Kronos Workforce Management during platform upgrade. Work in ServiceNow to resolve tickets in the queue; assist with user setup (not automated). Review application configurations and troubleshoot issues. Answer technical questions related to the Kronos application. Qualifications 2+ years of Kronos experience, with strong preference for Workforce Management. Experience setting up data views, configuring hyperfinds, and clocks.
