Job Description Job Title: Junior Salesforce Administrator/Developer Location: Chestnut Ridge, New York Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Salesforce Administrator/Developerto support and enhance our Salesforce platform. In this role, you will assist with system administration, develop and implement custom solutions, and ensure the platform's efficiency. You will also collaborate with external contractors on project implementations. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your Salesforce expertise in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in Salesforce administration, including user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings. Develop and implement custom solutionsusing Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirementsand translate them into scalable technical solutions. Work closely with external contractors on the implementation of key projects. Manage data integritythrough imports, exports, cleansing, and deduplication. Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and automation workflowsto support business processes. Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce functionality and performance issues. Stay informed on Salesforce best practices, new features, and platform updates. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degreein Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 1-2 years of experienceas a Salesforce administrator or developer. Basic knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. Strong analytical and problem-solvingskills. Excellent communication and interpersonalabilities. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Experience with Pardot (Account Engagement), Salesforce Analytics, and ELTONis a plus.
