Job Description
We’re looking for a Junior Marketing Associate to support our outreach efforts. In this role, you’ll help nonprofit partners expand their reach, grow donor support, and engage with communities through strategic field marketing and face-to-face events .

💼 Key Responsibilities:Assist in planning and executing community-based events, brand activations, and nonprofit campaigns
Represent clients at live events with professionalism, enthusiasm, and empathy
Provide outstanding customer service while fostering relationships with donors and supporters
Support campaign logistics, including event setup, inventory, and administrative coordination
Participate in team trainings covering public speaking, marketing strategy, and campaign execution
Collaborate with teammates to analyze event results and improve outreach effectiveness
1–2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, or event support (preferred but not required)
Degree or coursework in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related fields is a plus
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Energetic, adaptable, and comfortable with face-to-face public interaction
Coachable and self-motivated with a strong interest in nonprofits and social impact
Paid training and mentorship from experienced professionals
A clear path to advancement in event management, team leadership, and brand strategy
