Junior IT Systems Administrator

About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on IT pro who can keep our systems running smoothly, support end users, and jump into projects that make a real difference on the plant floor and beyond. If you like variety, problem-solving, and being the go-to tech person, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do (the fun version):

• Be the first line of support for end users and plant-floor systems.
• Keep our servers, networks, and virtual environments (VMWare/Hyper-V) healthy and secure.
• Administer and support databases (SQL & Oracle), SharePoint, and file servers.
• Tackle projects like streamlining systems, cutting costs, and improving processes.
• Support essential business tools like Kronos, HRMS, and Great Plains.
• Keep hardware, software, and licenses organized and up to date.
• Work with global IT teams and outside vendors when needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–4 years of IT systems or related experience (or equivalent training).
• Comfortable with Windows servers, databases, networking, and virtualization.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a knack for solving technical puzzles.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing focus.
• Solid communication skills—you’ll be working with everyone from engineers to execs.
