Position Description: A healthcare facility is looking for a highly skilled and proactive Junior Full Stack Developer with Expertise in Python, Microsoft Azure, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to join our dynamic IT Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, with a focus on delivering scalable cloud-based solutions using Azure services. You will work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain high-quality applications that drive business success. Technical Requirements: Proficiency in Python for back-end development. Proficiency in JavaScript and front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and frameworks such as React or HTMX. Strong experience with Azure cloud services including Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, Azure Blob Storage, and Azure Data Factory. Experience with RESTful APIs, web services, and system integration. Proficiency with version control using Git and GitHub. Experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools like VS Code, Docker, GitHub Actions. Knowledge of SQL databases and database management. Familiarity with authentication protocols, such as OAuth 2.0. Strong focus on testing, including the use of testing frameworks to ensure code quality. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver Tailored software solutions. Design, develop, and maintain robust full-stack web applications, focusing on high performance, scalability, and security. Lead the design, integration, and deployment of solutions in Azure, leveraging its suite of services to build cloud-native applications. Work across the development life cycle, from concept and design to testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance. Develop and integrate RESTful APIs for communication between front-end and back-end systems. Manage SQL databases, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity. Implement modern authentication/authorization protocols and ensure system security. Provide technical support and training for both end-users and IT Staff. Collaborate with vendors for API integrations, troubleshooting, and optimization. Stay updated on emerging technologies and implement improvements to ensure the organization remains competitive. General Responsibilities: Ability to handle tasks simultaneously, establish priorities, and meet deadlines. Communicate all relevant IT events and issues with appropriate staff regularly and efficiently. Ability to function efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Local travel is required, must have reliable transportation Other related duties as directed Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience as a full-stack developer, with a focus on Python and JavaScript/ Proven experience with Azure cloud services and cloud-native application development. Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
