Join to apply for the Junior Commercial Real Estate Agent role at Commercial Jet . The role is with the Landlord Representation team, focusing on the Orlando, Tampa and Miami areas. Associates will have knowledge of leasing and selling commercial property and will develop property concepts, research current use and demographics, identify and approach prospective tenants, through door-to-door canvassing, cold calling and networking. Responsibilities also include distributing marketing materials, attending weekly networking/meetings, preparing properties for showings, showing properties, advertising vacancies, negotiating terms of contracts, preparing market studies and analyses, and completing leases and sales. The program includes training and mentorship to support professional development.
Associates will study real estate leasing/sales trends and economic conditions; participate in educational opportunities and industry conferences; read professional publications; maintain personal networks; and participate in professional and community organizations.
Junior commercial real estate agents will receive excellent training and be assigned a mentor to aid in professional development and to gain valuable perspective on commercial real estate.
