Job Description

This program is in exchange for college credit . We are currently seeking to work with students that are able to work 4.5 days a week, part-time, with hours as follows:

• Monday?Friday: 8:30?AM 3?PM PST. 15?25 hours a week

Spring 2026 Term:

19 January 1 May 2026 (15?week term)

Application Period: 1?November 19?December 2025

Summer 2026 Term:

1?June 7?August 2026 (10?week term)

Application Period: 1?April 15?May 2026

Fall 2026 Term:

24?August 4?December 2026 (15?week term)

Application Period: 1?July 10?August 2026

The Copywriter, Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creative and compelling marketing campaign copy including emails, landing pages and micro sites, digital advertisements, blogs, webinar abstracts, direct mail, and other supporting campaign copy needs.

This is an exciting opportunity that seeks an individual capable of writing attention?grabbing copy and content.

Key Responsibilities

• Write clear, concise, and conversational copy appropriate for our growing community.
• Write engaging copy for marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with the SBJ team to ensure the communication of their core messages within marketing campaigns.
• Apply SEO principles where necessary.
• Work with various cross?functional teams and reviewers to ensure a consistent brand voice.
• Develop and manage editorial communications calendar including but not limited to webinars, blogs, white papers, etc.

Knowledge & Skills

• Candidates should possess an understanding of B2C marketing.
• Background in copywriting.
• Innovative thinker with a passion for generating new ideas and nurturing a culture of creatives.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast?paced and dynamic work environment.
• Strong decision?making, organizational, planning and problem?solving skills.
• An understanding of search engine optimization and customer lifecycle marketing is a plus.
