Handle inbound donor pledge calls with empathy and professionalism.
Help potential donors understand missions and complete their donations.
What We’re Looking For
High school (or equivalent) education.
Minimum call center experience (virtual or in-person).
Strong verbal skills, team spirit, and precision.
Comfortable working independently from home.
Windows 11 computer setup, wired internet, USB headset.
Pass background check to qualify for increased pay.
Offer
Starting $12–$15/hour, eligible for $17.99/hour upon qualification.
