Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated IT Helpdesk Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their IT needs are met with a positive and proactive approach. You'll play a key role in maintaining and supporting end-user technology, from computers and phones to peripherals, while helping resolve any technical issues our clients may face.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first- and second-tier remote troubleshooting, training, and tech support to end users.
Coordinate with external IT consultants when necessary to resolve complex issues and ensure recurring problems are addressed and tracked.
Primarily work from home, with occasional in-office visits to a nearby regional office based on business needs.
Use internal systems to review customer information and deliver top-notch customer service.
Maintain clear communication with clients, keeping them informed about incident progress, upcoming changes, or planned outages.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in help desk support or IT troubleshooting.
Proficiency in English.
Familiarity with databases, remote control tools, and help desk software.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
A customer-first attitude with a focus on delivering outstanding support.
