Job Title: Investment Banking Summer Analyst

ArkMalibu is a boutique investment bank located in Cincinnati, Ohio and is one of the only Mergers and Acquisitions advisory firms that focuses exclusively on sell-side transactions. Responsibilities:

· Support deal teams on transactions spanning various industries

· Assist with the construction of pitch books, industry snapshots, buyer’s lists, financial models, Confidential Information Presentations, and other ad-hoc requests

· Update CRM system and data rooms with relevant information to assist senior bankers

· Creatively research precedent transactions and relevant industry information to assist senior bankers in their discussions with clients and potential buyers

How you will develop:

· Junior and senior mentors will support your development and track your progress throughout the internship

· By the end of the internship, you will have a tremendous understanding of the sell-side M&A industry and the language of the business

· Exposure to live M&A deals and direct completion of a full mock process – providing relevant firsthand investment banking experience

· Interns who perform well during the internship will have the potential to be hired for a full-time role

· Access to the extensive personal networks our senior bankers possess

Qualifications:

· Demonstrated interest in the investment banking industry

· Previous internship experience in the financial services industry preferred

· Applicants of all academic backgrounds are welcome so long as they have a keen interest in finance

· Prior coursework in accounting preferred

· Superior mathematical and problem-solving abilities

· Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills

· Self-motivated individual who is capable of handling multiple tasks in a challenging environment while meeting project deadlines

· Preference for candidates available for potential full-time position in 2026
