Job Description Candidates will be comfortable identifying and interpreting trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences. The ability to recommend next steps to Partners and business leaders using strategic/tactical plans based on business data and market knowledge. Creates specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs or available data elements. Experience providing consultation to users and lead cross-functional teams to address business issues. May directly produce datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools. Responsibilities Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. 5 years relevant work experience. Ability to analyze complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers. Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only CA: Hiring Range in CAD from: $76,700 to $167,600 per annum. US: Hiring Range in USD from: $87,000 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation. 11 paid holidays Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
