Role Description

The Insurance Agent/CSR will be responsible for insurance sales, managing insurance policies, providing exceptional customer service, and working with insurance brokerage operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance sales and customer service. Requirements

Personal Lines or Property & Casualty insurance license is required.

Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, customer service skills, and analytical skills are required.

Experience with Agency Management Systems (Vertafore AMS360) is desirable.

Possess an upbeat, positive, and team player attitude.

Insurance experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Servicing and selling personal insurance products to prospective and existing clients.

Conduct regular reviews of client accounts to ensure coverage adequacy and satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy changes, and renewals in the system.

Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.

Maintain relationships with carriers.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Have a confident understanding of underwriting guidelines to give clients the best experience.

Skills

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.

Proven experience in customer service within the insurance industry.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Strong knowledge of personal insurance products and services.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Great interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build relationships with prospective and existing customers.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
