Compensation: $75,000–$95,000 (First-Year Earning Potential)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to provide personalized insurance solutions
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
• Prepare and present insurance policy proposals clearly and professionally
• Assist clients with claims, renewals, and policy updates
• Stay current with insurance industry trends and regulations
• Deliver excellent customer service and follow up to ensure client satisfaction
• Participate in training and professional development programs
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused office culture

Skills & Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or GED required
• Experience: No previous insurance experience required — full training provided
• Licensing: Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a state insurance license (License reimbursement program offered)
• Schedule: Weekday, daytime hours
• Background: Must pass a background check and be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to grow into a leadership position
