Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year

We are looking to add an Inside Sales Rep to the team. This person will help qualify inbound sales opportunities, work with Sales Engineers to support customers, and they will pursue outbound sales opportunities. This position requires an outgoing and personable individual with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask. Individuals who can learn and understand high-level technical concepts will find success when speaking with our customers.

Job Details Responsibilities:
1. Drive sales growth by identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and positioning our products to meet those needs.
2. Utilize CRM tools, specifically HubSpot, to manage customer relationships, track sales activities, and forecast future sales.
3. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to hit or exceed sales targets.
4. Provide product demonstrations to prospective clients and participate in trade shows to showcase our products.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation.
6. Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer feedback and market trends.
7. Maintain a deep understanding of our products and stay up-to-date with changes in the technology industry.
8. Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and handling sales-related issues.
Qualifications:
1. Experience in an inside sales role
2. Proven track record as a top-performer
3. Proficiency in using CRM tools, specifically HubSpot, to manage customer relationships and track sales activities.
4. Strong understanding of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
5. Self-motivated and driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
6. Willingness to travel for local trade shows on occasion.
