Job Details

Summary:
We seek a strategic, experienced and tenacious salesperson interested in joining an established and growing team to develop reseller sales channels and sell direct to major accounts in an Industrial US based territory. Qualifying candidates must have successful demonstrated ability to apply the sales process from prospecting to close and after sale account development. This combined with proven ability to be a leader within a sales team identifies our ideal candidate.

Job specifics include:
  • Create sales strategies targeting territory growth across distributors and major accounts
  • Responsible for onboarding new customers and prospecting new accounts.
  • Develop, manage and grow existing industrial accounts in assigned territory
  • Identify and develop dealers/distributors to grow the territory
  • Conduct professional and effective onsite and virtual sales calls to secure new accounts
  • Utilize CRM to track and manage contacts and prospects
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Finance to facilitate customer sales
  • Create sales agreements and manage internal sales agreement review process
  • Meet defined sales goals for direct sales and sales through dealer channel sales partners
Must have: Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing or related and
  • 3+ years of proven success selling into the industrial, OEM and/or manufacturing sectors or equivalent education and experience.
  • Experience selling direct to major accounts as well as experience developing sales strategy, distribution network sales channels and territories desired.
  • Proficient computer skills, experience creating sales plans and managing prospects with CRM, required.
