FULL TIME- IMMIGRATION PARALEGAL
Full Service Immigration Firm and Lead Immigration Counsel seek an experienced immigration paralegal for a full-time position. The applicant must be a team player, well organized, detail oriented, self-starter, motivated, and able to handle his or her own caseload with proper supervision. Applicant must demonstrate an ability to work within a structured environment with proper communication skills, serve as a key component of the immigration team, and be a direct report to the Partner of the firm and Lead Immigration Counsel, Reynold Finnegan. Applicant must have at least 5-10 years of experience in the practice of immigration law with reputable law firm and sufficient knowledge of filings, specifically:
1. Visa Petitions: I-601, I-601 A, Asylum, MTR, U visas, I-360 petitions, together with any associated response to request for evidence demanded.
2. Consular Processing and hardship waivers.
3. EB-5 petitions, E visas, H-1 visas, L-1 visas are a plus, but not mandatory for the position.
4. General knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and ability to research and address process and protocols for filing petitions and applications with the appropriate centers
Ability to speak a foreign language is favored. Must be able to handle own caseload. Full-time Position is available immediately. Salary shall be commensurate with knowledge and experience.
