Due to continuous growth and a REAL excellent reputation, Real HVAC Services, who has been serving Delmarva since 2007, providing prompt, quality heating, cooling and plumbing services for homes and businesses is looking to add a  Commercial Construction HVAC Installer  to our team!!

Responsibilities :

• Ability to successfully install according to current code
• Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle.
• Design, install and service a variety of boilers and water treatment options.
• Follow all safety protocols while working on site, driving in a company vehicle, performing job functions in the company warehouse and yard.
• Always wear all required PPE, this includes company approved safety glasses, gloves, and work boots.
• Maintain good working order of company vehicle including refueling as necessary, reporting any mechanical issues immediately, and filling out and submitting monthly vehicle inspection form. Vehicles should be washed on a regular basis.
• Travel to job sites and work with department to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are effectively communicated.
• Participate in company provided training opportunities on latest industry technologies.

Required Credentials :

• One or more years of HVAC experience
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• A strong degree of self-motivation to provide exceptional service
• Excellent organizational skills
• Demonstrated listening, written/verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to meet and exceed set goals
• High school diploma or GED equivalent, or a combination of related experience and/or advanced training/education
