Job Description

Randstad is recruiting for a temporary Human Resources Assistant in Lexington, Kentucky. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years experience in a similar role in an HR environment. Responsibilities include assisting with the recruiting, interviewing and onboarding process for new hires, creating and posting job descriptions, and other clerical work as needed.

salary: $25 - $32 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Handle onboarding process for newly hired employees
• Assist with the recruitment process for new hires including scheduling and assisting with interviews
• Conduct new hire screenings to ensure compliance with company standards
• Create job postings for new positions as they come available with unique job descriptions
• Other clerical work in human resources as needed
