Below are the preferred skills, duties, and responsibilities you will have performing as our Human Resources Assistant.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: - Availability to work 8am-4:30pm
- Required: High School/GED diploma or vocational school equivalent.
- Must be able to sign and abide by Company Employee Handbook and confidentiality agreement.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to learn Human Resource information system (HRIS), Microsoft Office 360, and other similar computer applications.
- Preferred: Experience with using a copier, scanner, printer, and other common office technology.
- Possess strong attention to detail and communication skills, both written and verbal.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: - Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
- Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions and promptly find talent for openings.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify future hiring needs.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resources files, records, and documentation alongside human resources associates.
- Safely dispose of documents and records that may not be needed any longer and follow company policies and legal requirements for proper and safe disposal.
- Ensure that the quality and completeness of documents and records are as they should be and report any discrepancies, missing documents, or damaged files to the department supervisor.
- Will be required to maintain a detailed, organized, and confidential work ethic.
- Must be able to scan, sort, categorize, and file both physically and digitally.
- Ensure documentation is filed in an organized and systematic manner.
- Provides clerical support directly to HR department and other departments as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
