The Bazaar by José Andrés consistently wows its guests with ingeniously innovative cuisine, thoughtfully created cocktails, theatrical presentations, and attentive yet unfussy service. The Bazaar takes you on a wild sensory adventure born of José Andres’ Spanish roots, both traditional and avant-garde, in a bold, playful atmosphere where anything is possible. We are looking for the areas most talented hospitality professionals to help us as we continue our mission to Change the World Through the Power of Food!

What we would like from you:

• Welcome guests by extending genuine hospitality and seek every opportunity to help create a positive, memorable experience.
• Manage the wait list and proactively communicate accurate seating times.
• Collect, organize, update and manage menus.
• Stock host stand with appropriate supplies. 
• Utilize reservation software and other tools to efficiently maximize restaurant's seating
• Seat guests at a suitable table or in waiting areas and remove extra place settings. 
• Inspect dining and serving areas to ensure cleanliness and proper setup.

Abilities & Working Conditions

• Must be able to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours in length.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis.
• Stay organized and efficient while communicating with several parties simultaneously
• Ability to maneuver throughout the dining area
• Confidently communicate with guests and employees.
• Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment.
• Will work some nights, holidays and weekends.
