Qualifications: - Board-certified or board-eligible physician assistant.
- Hospitalist experience preferred.
Practice in the Heart of the Community Flexible Scheduling: - Flexible scheduling is available. Full-time positions follow a 7-days-on, 7-days-off rotation.
- Shifts for the day position are scheduled from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities: - As a day clinician in the observation unit, your responsibility will encompass admitting, rounding and discharging.
- The observation unit is very fast paced and we are looking for individuals that can handle an ever changing environment.
- Our hospitalist team plays a pivotal role in the rapid response team, and codes are managed by the intensivist team. All team members are certified in basic life support and advanced cardiovascular life support. There are no procedural requirements.
- We hold weekly huddles and monthly team meetings in addition to lunch-and-learn sessions to stay current on the latest developments in the field of medicine, at the hospital, and with Sound.
- We work in Meditech Expand, a web-based system, with access to our internal informatics platform.
- We are entertaining candidates looking for full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts.

Rewards and Benefits: - Compensation: Base salary is $130,000 to $140,000 based on experience, along with opportunities for bonuses based on performance and growth.
