About the Role
The Company is in search of a Head of Public Relations to lead and innovate in the realm of external communications. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of the company's PR efforts, with a focus on enhancing the public image and promoting key initiatives. This role demands a strategic thinker with a creative mindset, a passion for storytelling, and a proven ability to manage successful PR campaigns. The Head of Public Relations will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive PR strategies, acting as the primary contact for media inquiries, and coordinating the CEO's public engagements. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 5 years of experience in public relations, media relations, or corporate communications, ideally within the cryptocurrency or fintech industry. The role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, a strong media network, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in social media management and PR software is essential, as is the flexibility to travel and work outside regular hours. The Head of Public Relations will also be expected to monitor media coverage, provide insights to the leadership team, and ensure consistent messaging across various platforms.
