Your mission as Head of Performance Marketing is to get us in front of every person on the planet through scalable performance marketing across all major platforms. You will answer questions such as: how can our ads dominate TikTok or Snapchat, convert on Instagram or Facebook, and arbitrage keywords at scale on Google and YouTube? Which formats and targeting maximize revenue? How can we launch new campaigns in minutes with AI? Working autonomously with the founder and team, your decisions will directly influence our company\'s success. On a typical day, your tasks may include:
