The ideal Craftsman candidate will possess a good overall knowledge of all trades: - Carpentry

- Light Electrical and Plumbing
- All Honey Do's
Additional Qualifications for this Craftsman Role: Proper Equipment: Knowledge and Owner of Basic tools for the Craftsman/Handyman work.
A Truck or Van must be necessary.
Troubleshooting Skills: Must be a quick thinker, able to examine issues and resolve them in a prompt and professional manner.
Excellent Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate effectively with Management, Office Personnel, Fellow Employees, Homeowners, Suppliers, Property Managers and Commercial Customers.
Be Presentable: Clean-Cut appearance
Decent looking vehicle
Organized tools
Other: - Look around the property and communicate to the customer things you could repair or things that our company can handle.
- Take the time to earn the customers confidence and then inquire about additional work that could be performed.
