Golf Course Superintendent
Golf Club in Edwards, Colorado is looking for a Golf Course Superintendent.
Position Overview:
As a part of the leadership team the essential duties include:
• Preparing the course for winter.
• Repairing the course after winter.
• Onboarding and training a new staff in the spring.
• Invoicing and Payroll mangement.
• Developing new and existing assistant superintendents.
• Working closely with the Equipment Mechanic.
• Applying fertilizer and chemicals.
• Troubleshooting and repairing irrigation – including a detailed Lynx software program.
• Communicating with the other leadership staff via text and phone calls.
• Operating and repairing the water delivery system.
• Maintaining the established high level of course conditions.
• Driving a culture of cleanliness and organization.
Requirements:
2 year certificate or degree
Experience Requirements:
Winter turf management.
Snow plowing.
Pump station operation.
Toro Lynx management.
Compensation:
$85,000 – $100,000 per year.
