This position involves hand stacking, sorting and organizing product. Safely move, locate, relocate, stack and count product. Qualified candidates will have basic warehouse systems/computer experience. Position requires extensive standing, bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds in a non climate controlled food grade warehouse.
Productivity:
Meet established productivity standards specific to the account.
Understand the custom packaging process of the operations building you are assigned.
Follow our Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and specific customer work instructions.
Safety:
Follow established Safety and Security SOPs, policies, and guidelines.
Report all equipment malfunctions to manager and/or line lead immediately.
Report all incidents, accidents, or unsafe acts to your manager or line lead immediately.
Quality:
Ensure that you are aware of error and damage guidelines for the custom packaging operation you are assigned.
Ensure that the product being received or shipped is sellable and meets customer expectations.
Complete all paperwork accurately and completely.
Report all product damage to your manager or line lead immediately.
Follow our Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and specific customer work instructions.
Initiative:
Participate in pre-shift meeting including stretching.
