Position Overview

Facility: Bismarck Medical Center

Location: Bismarck, ND

Shift: 12 Hours - Night Shifts

Job Schedule: Full Time

Weekly Hours: 36.00

Salary Range: $32.00 - $48.00

Pay Info: $20,000 sign-on bonus available to eligible candidates!

Department Details

• Work 12-hour night shifts, every 3rd weekend, with a +$2.50/hr night differential.
• Engage in a fast-paced environment focused on teamwork.
• Provide care for Neuro medical and Neurosurgery patients, along with a variety of general Med-Surg patients.

Job Summary

As a Registered Nurse (RN) , you will utilize the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation—to deliver personalized care to patients. Whether you're a recent graduate or a seasoned RN, this role offers the chance to work both independently and collaboratively with a team of motivated professionals, fostering ongoing learning and collaboration.

We seek compassionate, hardworking RNs who are adaptable, excellent communicators, detail-oriented, and possess strong time management skills. Our nursing team thrives on innovation and critical thinking, supported by an Education team dedicated to developing curricula that integrates evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• A degree from an accredited nursing program (AACN, ACEN, NLN CNEA). A Bachelor’s Degree in nursing is preferred.
• An unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where you practice, or multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
• The ability to obtain and maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications.
