This role is back in the office in Midtown 5x a week, budgeted up to a base of $100,000 with additional bonus potential. This is a high-impact, high-visibility position supporting complex transactions in one of the fastest-growing asset classes: data centers. Data & Capital Markets Analyst Responsibilities: Analyze data center acquisition, disposition, and leasing deals Build and maintain financial models using Excel and ARGUS Assist with capital markets research and investment strategy Track, update, and manage deal flow and investor communications in Salesforce Support presentations, pitch decks, and reporting packages for internal and external stakeholders Data & Capital Markets Analyst Requirements: ~2+ years of experience in real estate, capital markets, or investment analysis ~ Proficiency in ARGUS, Salesforce, and advanced Excel functions ~ Strong communication skills and attention to detail ~ Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines ~ Based in NYC or willing to commute regularly Take the next step in your real estate career with a team that's transforming the way data infrastructure is bought and sold.
