Job Details Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive financial and analytical support to executives and business unit leaders across the enterprise.
Assist the Corporate Development team and business stakeholders in all acquisition activities.
Continuously monitor and analyze business performance, delivering meaningful, actionable insights.
Develop integrated financial forecasts encompassing income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Design, implement, and track business-driven, quantifiable key performance indicators (KPIs).
Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Produce accurate and timely ad-hoc reports and analyses as required.
Requirements:
A natural curiosity and a strong desire to understand and solve complex financial problems.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Administration; MBA is a strong plus.
Minimum of five years of experience in finance and accounting roles.
At least two years of experience in team development and management.
Proven ability to interact effectively and confidently with all levels of management.
Proactive self-starter with the ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities and deadlines.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects with varying degrees of urgency.
Expertise in organizing and analyzing large data sets to resolve complex problems.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, particularly in financial model development.
Experience with leading ERP/Financial tools such as OneStream, Workday, Workiva, FloQast, or similar.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Proficiency in PowerPoint for presenting financial insights and reports.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a multi-national company.
Proficiency in Tableau for data visualization.
Knowledge of SQL for database management and querying.
