The Role

Eleve Agency is seeking an experienced and dynamic Fashion Publicist to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead and execute high-impact publicity strategies for a distinguished roster of clients across luxury fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and entertainment. The ideal candidate is a visionary storyteller with a deep understanding of media relations, brand positioning, and the ever-evolving cultural landscape.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic PR campaigns that enhance brand visibility and shape public perception.
• Secure high-level media coverage by crafting compelling pitches and fostering relationships with top-tier press.
• Oversee client accounts, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns and delivering best-in-class service.
• Create and refine press materials, including media alerts, press releases, and brand narratives.
• Lead client communications, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
• Manage and mentor junior team members, guiding workflow and fostering growth.
• Identify and cultivate opportunities for brand collaborations, partnerships, and influencer engagement.
• Coordinate and oversee media presence at events, red carpets, and industry activations.
• Track campaign performance and compile in-depth reports showcasing PR impact and results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in luxury, lifestyle, or publicity, preferably in an agency setting.
• Established media relationships within fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and entertainment sectors.
• Exceptional writing, pitching, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail and a proactive mindset.
• Passion for luxury branding, storytelling, and emerging cultural trends.

• Based in New York preferred.

Additional Details

• Hybrid work environment, 2 days in office per week.

• Availability for select evening and weekend commitments for events and activations.
• $55,000 - $65,000 Annual Salary Range
