The employer wants a skilled candidate with a degree in agronomy, precision, and/or marketing. They need someone who is a team player and hard-working for the long term. The main focus of this position is operating JD equipment. The farm has late-model equipment and excellent facilities, including a shop. The employer prefers a candidate with a good maintenance background and a CDL with a clean record, as seasonal times will involve delivering on grain contracts.
